Rising to fame in the 1980s as one of the most celebrated Page 3 models, Maria Whittaker left an indelible mark on the British glamour scene. Her career took off after her mother sent her photo to a modeling agency, leading to her debut on The Sun in 1985 at just 16.
Crowned The Sun’s Page 3 Girl of the Year in 1989, she later ventured into acting and music. After appearing in “The Benny Hill Show” and the film “Whoops Apocalypse,” and even forming the band Rhythm Zone, she stepped away from the limelight to pursue a peaceful life. Maria has now transitioned to a career as a nutritionist.
