Meteorologists and the color green don’t usually go well together. And we only have the chroma key green screen in studios to blame. But Liberté Chan believed she could get away with a lighter shade of bottle green. And this picture lets us know how wrong she was.
When Chan began her forecasting segment on KLA-TV that day, it didn’t take long for her to realize that the folks back home could literally see through her. Luckily, her co-anchor, Chris Burrous, saved her blushes and came to the rescue by lending her his suit jacket. Chan couldn’t be more grateful for his quick thinking.
