Mickey Sumner & Chris Kantrowitz – Married for 3 Years
Mickey Sumner got engaged to Chris Kantrowitz in June 2016, and by July of the following year, they were already getting hitched in Tuscany. They now share a four-year-old son named Akira Rogue Kantrowitz. Sumner, whose father is legendary rockstar Sting, recently wrote about life with her special needs child.
As the 37-year-old mom wrote in an essay on Romper.com, Akira was born with severe developmental problems. She also shared that she’s herself has been diagnosed with postpartum OCD and postpartum anxiety. Things have improved, though, after Akira went to a Los Angeles program for two-year-olds with disabilities where Sumner connected with parents in the same circumstances.
