It doesn’t get any more glamorous than at the Oscars for red carpet events. Everyone wants to look good and take the red carpet photo sessions seriously. Like Scarlett Johansson in this photo, who is the very picture of camera-ready seriousness at the 2015 Oscars as the media snaps away at her.
She was, in fact, so focused on the photographers that she never noticed the legendary John Travolta sneaking up behind her to plant a kiss on her cheek. She didn’t even flinch, and the photographer captured some Oscar gold. Johansson finally got her own Marvel project with the 2021 film “Black Widow.”

At one point, Vitali Sediuk was a serious journalist. But he changed his career and went from serious reporter to self-professed prankster specializing in sneaking onto the red carpet at events and getting physical with the celebrities there. Although in this case, getting physical could also mean hugging them for dear life.
Like what he did to The Hangover star Bradley Cooper during the 2014 SAG Awards, the star of 2021’s “Nightmare Alley” was in a deep conversation with fellow actor Michael Peña when Sediuk struck out of nowhere. The prankster is renowned for using his previous employers’ details to gain access to events.
Amy Schumer Face-Plants – Time 100 Gala, 2015
Amy Schumer is quite the character. Never one afraid to make a fool of herself, she often plays self-deprecating characters. Although that wasn’t the case at the Time 100 gala in 2015, she somehow still managed to achieve that feat in front of super couple Kanye and Kim Kardashian West.
Like Vitalii Sediuk, Schumer fell in front of the couple on the red carpet, which she admits she did deliberately, hoping to steal some of the couple’s thunder, the way, she says, they often do to other celebrities. At work, she delivered another scene-stealing performance in her 2022 series called “Life After Beth.”

Where do we start with this one? Some say this was a Dutch prank show host; others refer to her as a deranged fan. But Cielke Sijben got her 15 minutes of fame at the premiere of the film “Music and Lyrics” in 2007 when she handcuffed herself to its star Hugh Grant.
Grant was in the middle of giving interviews to the press and remained professional, continuing to speak while handcuffed. Eventually, the police and fire department came, although no one pressed charges. Reportedly Sijben spent two hours in jail. As for Grant, he’s busy as ever and starred in the 2022 film “Operation Fortune: Ruse de guerre.”
Stella McCartney Almost Takes Down Rihanna’s Skirt – Met Gala, 2014
While her father is a legend in the music world, Stella McCartney has blazed a trail in a different industry. She is a British fashion icon who has collaborated with the likes of Adidas and Disney, among others. Despite her standing, she can still put her foot in it and did that literally at the Met Gala in 2014.
At least, she put her foot on it. ‘It’ being Rihana’s white skirt, that is. The music mogul seemed to take it very well, although she was probably plotting her claim to a Stella McCartney original while hoping the skirt rips. Either way, everything worked out swimmingly.
