Bill Clinton – Chappaqua, New York, $1.7 Million
When Bill Clinton left office, he and Hillary were all but broke; however, a small loan from a friend enabled them to purchase this Dutch Colonial style slice of heaven after exiting the White House.
Nestled in pristine nature, the house, which sits on over an acre of land, comes with five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
