When it comes to entertaining supporters during games, cheerleaders are useful. Cheerleading was traditionally thought to be a female-dominated sport. Some prejudices, however, have since been discarded, and guys can now join cheerleading. This also broadens the number of stunts that may be performed by both boys and girls.
The girl in this shot is clearly putting on a spectacle and enjoying herself. Meanwhile, it appears that the dude cheerleader who’s hoisting her aloft is also relishing the “display.” Perhaps he was simply checking to see whether he was keeping her straight. Nonetheless, we’re sure the performance was a hit with the audience.
