Some sports images are simply quite hard to comprehend. Like this one, was this woman giving out the shirt or gesturing to a player on the field to grab it and swap the dirty and wet one they were wearing? It’s absolutely difficult to say, given its wrapping.
Looking at the picture, she appears to be a member of staff because she’s gone through security. She also appears to be preoccupied with something akin to the spectators behind her, who are entirely oblivious to her and preoccupied with the play. Maybe the match was approaching its conclusion and their side was about scoring.
