JOSCHKA FISCHER AND MINU BARATI – 16 YEARS
The Green politician Joschka Fischer ruled from 1998 to 2005 in two legislative periods alongside Gerhard Schröder as foreign minister and deputy federal chancellor. Similar to his coalition partner Schröder, the love life of former Deputy Prime Minister Joschka Fischer was quite turbulent. The ex-vice chancellor has been married five times.
But the fifth time it finally worked. Joschka Fischer currently lives happily in Berlin with his wife Minu Barati and their daughter from their first marriage. Joschka’s wife Minu was already in the limelight, or behind it, before she married the Green politician. The Berliner is a successful producer and screenwriter.
