You know you’re wealthy when you can secure a loan to renovate your property for a whopping $80 million. That’s what tycoon Byron Allen did, with the plans to take down his already impressive Beverly Hills mansion already approved in 2021 and in its place build a two-story house.
The new residence will have a bowling alley, a gym, an underground theater, and a garage that can hold up to six cars. Allen’s spending doesn’t come as a surprise, though; the comedian is known for his several high-end acquisitions with countless homes all over the country, as well as numerous businesses which help him sustain his lavish lifestyle.
