Losing weight and maintaining it has been her least favorite thing, but she’s committed to it.
She hired a personal trainer to get her through her weight loss journey, and her routine had her eating only when she got hungry and drinking lots of water. Rhimes came to light again for the hit Netflix drama “Bridgerton,” which premiered its first season in December 2020.
