HOW TO AGE FLAWLESSLY LIKE THESE HOLLYWOOD STARS: IT’S EASIER THAN YOU THINK

Sally Struthers – 1947 – All In The Family

Known for her bright eyes and gorgeous blonde curls, Sally Struthers rose to prominence in the late 1960s and 70s when she starred in the popular American sitcom All in the Family. She played the role of Gloria, daughter of Archie and Edith Bunker, for which she won two Emmy awards!

The perennially elegant actress then went on to play the role of nurturing Babette on the show Gilmore Girls, a character that most of us grew up adoring! Struthers has worked as a voice-artist, a stage performer, a spokesperson, and an activist, and in each field, she left a lasting imprint!

Ali MacGraw – Age 84- Love Story

During the golden age of Hollywood, Ali MacGraw was such a talented actress that she already picked up two Golden Globe Awards and an Oscar nomination with her first two movies. She gained top billing as a result and starred in films opposite the likes of Steve McQueen and Kris Kristofferson.

What was most striking about her was that she wasn’t the common Hollywood beauty of the time with her long dark hair, thick brows, and minimal makeup. It’s probably her stance on makeup that has made her skin age beautifully, resulting in her still glowing when she smiles at the age of 81.

Bo Derek – Age 67- The Worst Actress Of The Century Nomination

Bo Derek was almost named the worst actress of the 20th Century by the Golden Raspberries. But lucky for her, Madonna actually proved to be a worse actress than her. However, she did win (if you can call it that) two Golden Raspberry awards for Worst Actress for films like Ghosts Can’t Do It and Bolero.

Derek has that one amazing performance with her breakthrough role in a romantic comedy called 10.  She is also worth a pretty decent $50 million, and still gets the odd movie call as she did for 2015’s Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! a made for TV horror in the Sharknado franchise.

 Jennifer Grey – Age 63

The American actress Jennifer Grey is still best known for her ’80s movies. She appeared in the hit film “Dirty Dancing” and played one of the lead characters in the beloved comedy “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off.” She also appeared in “Red Dawn,” “The Cotton Club,” and “Bloodhounds of Broadway.” Younger viewers may also recognize her from her role in the 2019 drama “Bittersweet Symphony.”

Still active, Grey is said to be working on a new, untitled “Dirty Dancing” project. In 2021, she appeared in the short “Grief Night Club” and went through a significant change in her personal life—after two decades together, she her husband, actor/director Clark Gregg.

Chrissy Metz – Age 43 – This Is Us

Known for her iconic role as Kate Pearson on “This Is Us,” Chrissy Metz soared to stardom through her exceptional talent and unwavering dedication. She garnered major accolades like Golden Globe and Primetime Emmy nominations, solidifying her status as a standout performer. Her journey, filled with pivotal moments and remarkable achievements, inspires many singers and actors.

While the “Sierra Burgess Is a Loser” actress’ appearances continue to captivate, her career transcends mere looks. The two-time Screen Actors Guild Award winner represents the power of passion and determination to achieve greatness. Chrissy’s glory days are a testament to her enduring impact on the entertainment world.

Teri Hatcher – Age 59 – Desperate Housewives

Teri Hatcher is a popular American actress who doesn’t seem to be aging at all. Among the many roles that she’s played over the years, she is best known for those of Lois Lane, Paris Carver, and Susan Mayer in Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, Tomorrow Never Dies, and Desperate Housewives.

Hatcher is 55 and has a 22-year-old daughter. Yet, she is a complete stranger to wrinkles and pretty much any sign of aging. According to Prevention, she has restorative face masks, sunscreen, and eye cream to thank for that. Her last appearance was in Madness in the Method in 2019, and hopefully, we’ll see more soon.

Jami Gertz – Age 58- The Lost Boys

Jami Gertz may be all about business now, but back in the ’80s, she was a pretty in-demand actress. She had roles in The Lost Boys opposite Kiefer Sutherland, Crossroad with Ralph Macchio, and Less than Zero with Robert Downey Jr. Gertz also had a role in the TV series, Square Pegs.

Acting took a back seat, especially after she married Billionaire Tony Ressler and started getting into the investments business herself. Together, she and Ressler are part owners of the Atlanta Hawks NBA franchise. Gertz hasn’t shared her beauty secrets, but judging by the image, she could still play someone younger than her 54-years.

 Salma Hayek – Age 55 – Desperado

Had she not been acting since the early ‘90s, we’d hardly believe that Salma Hayek is 54 years old right now just by looking at her. She got famous by playing in films like Desperado and Frida. Today, she’s married to Francois-Henri Pinault and looks like she’s in her 30s.

According to The Skincare Edit, Salma swears by cleansing and exfoliating her skin regularly. She also likes to use her fancy moisturizers and oils. After all, she’s worth around $115 million. In 2021 we are going to be seeing her on The Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard film.

Angelina Jolie – Age 48- Tomb Raider

Despite attempts to reboot the Tomb Raider film franchise, there will only ever be one live-action Lara Croft, and that is Angelina Jolie. The actress who also starred in Girl Interrupted, and Changeling, doesn’t have a complicated skincare plan either. Jolie applies sunscreen and a mild cleanser to keep her skin looking radiant.

She also ensures that she never uses harsh chemicals and scrubs on her body and protects her skin from the sun. Jolie is set to star as a hero of a different kind as part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Thena in the film The Eternals.

Charlize Theron – Age 48- Monster

Charlize Theron was already a respected actress, notable for supporting roles in Sweet November and The Devil’s Advocate when she landed her Oscar for best actress in the movie Monster. But the win catapulted her into the heady height leading lady status, and she hasn’t stopped being there even 17 years later.

Like a fine South African wine, Theron has gotten better with age, mostly because nothing about her has aged. This is down to always applying sunscreen and using a serum, eye cream, and moisturizers daily. Theron has been making waves as an action heroine lately, and she is reprising her role as Cipher in the upcoming Fast and Furious film F9.

 Hayden Panettiere – Age 34 – Heroes

Hayden Panettiere embarked on her acting journey at a mere 11 months old, debuting in a commercial for the soap opera “One Life to Live.” Her early career saw her gracing soap operas and commercials, paving the way for a significant milestone in 1998 with her first major film role in “A Bug’s Life.”

The turning point arrived in 2006 when she secured the role of Claire Bennet in the NBC hit series “Heroes,” propelling her to stardom. Portraying the invincible cheerleader, Hayden became a household name. Blessed with green eyes and blonde hair, her presence exudes red carpet glamour, solidifying her status as a Hollywood sensation.
