For eight years, Jerry Ferrara was renowned as the short and round driver for a big movie star in the hit HBO series, Entourage. But after the show ended, Ferrara decided to take control of his health, not for Hollywood, but his well-being.

50 Cent had a role in the film Things Fall Apart, in which he played a football player who has cancer. To look the part he was playing, the star went on a liquid diet and ran on a treadmill for three hours a day to drop from 214 pounds to 160 pounds.
