While Jackson always managed to keep her weight in check off with a healthy diet and exercise, her biggest challenge came in 2017 when she had to lose weight after her pregnancy. She dropped 70-pounds using a high-intensity workout regimen that involved just weights. Jackson worked out four days a week and did no cardio, and workouts were never shorter than 45-minutes or longer than an hour.
