But after giving birth to her set of twins in 2017, she had a race against time to get down to a suitable weight for her big performance at the Coachella Music Festival.

To achieve her goals, Beyonce implemented the Marco Borges 22 day Nutritional program. But instead of doing it once, she did it twice, back to back. This meant 44-days of no carbs, sugar, dairy, meat, and fish, along with an exercise regimen. She admitted to being hungry but was happy with her results.
