Fat Joe – 100+ Pounds
With a name like Fat Joe, the rapper and actor said he was proud of being fat. But despite building a brand around it, he started worrying about how it was affecting his health. He says that his heaviest weight was 450 pounds, and after several of his friends, all as big as him, died of heart failure, he decided he needed a change.
Part of his weight loss was a diet change where he removed all white carbohydrates like bread, rice, and pasta from his diet. He has also started exercising regularly and said that after being a diabetic for 16-years, his eating plan has reversed his condition.
