This Isn’t Fun

Interestingly, there’s a common belief in Italian and Hindu traditions that rain on the big day signifies good luck. Apparently, a wet knot is hard to untie. So when a couple ties the knot on a rainy day, their union doesn’t easily break.
Excited to Be Here
Gone are the days when people barred pets from attending their owner’s nuptials. Now, every dog, cat, and bunny is welcome to sit and watch as the fortunate couples tie the knot. And if they’re lucky, they also get to pose for a photo or two.
But not all pets can be well-behaved. So it’s always a gamble to bring one along to an important ceremony such as this. We can almost imagine the look on the guests’ faces as this dog decided to show off its flexibility while the couple exchanged their vows. Nobody likes an attention seeker, doggo.
Canine Interlopers
It’s easy to appreciate the aesthetic appeal of photos taken in the middle of the street. But the actual logistics and behind-the-scenes must be so chaotic. This image is a perfect example of what happens when people decide to take portraits right in the middle of a busy road.
What should have been a lovely shot of these suited men became incredibly tricky when some dog walkers attempted to cross with a pack of dogs. Luckily, the couple didn’t mind the interruption at all, and it even made for a pretty spontaneous snap. You can tell that they’re both dog lovers.
