Former Washington Redskins long snapper Andrew East has his brother Guy to thank for his wife, Olympic gold medalist gymnast Shawn Johnson. Guy insisted that Johnson meet his little brother. The latter flew to L.A. to meet her while she was filming “Dancing With the Stars.”
East proposed in 2015 at Wrigley Field, after Johnson threw the ceremonial pitch. The crowd went wild for her enthusiastic yes. They got married in less than a year. They have two children.
