Novak Djokovic was a teenager in Belgrade who met Jelena Ristic at high school in the late 1990s, long before he became one of the greatest names in tennis. Their friendship eventually turned into romance in 2005, just as his career was beginning to take off.
After years of supporting each other through tournaments and studies, he proposed in 2013, and they married in 2014 in a stunning ceremony in Montenegro.
