They have since conquered numerous other tournaments, including the 1970 FIFA World Cup and the 2019 China Cup. In 2022, they were part of the FIFA World Cup’s Group H with Portugal, Ghana, and South Korea.
Algeria
Algeria is renowned for multiple things aside from being Africa’s largest country. The nation is teeming with petroleum and natural gas, being a massive exporter of these by-products. Algeria made its way to FIFA in 1964, a little over two years after gaining independence.
