Whoopi Goldberg – $7.4 Million, Soho, New York
If you happen to own an entire floor at a luxury apartment in Soho, that’s a baller move. In the case of Whoopi Goldberg, she once owned a sprawling, luxurious condo in New York for three years. The apartment, later owned by start-up investor Ben Lerer and his wife Emily, went up for sale in 2017 at $7.4 million.
Featuring a mix of retro design and modern features, the full-floor pad spans 3,800-square-feet and features marble floors, a walk-in closet, and a contemporary chef’s kitchen. In September 2021, Goldberg inked another four-year deal with ABC to stay on as the host of “The View.”
