Caroline Kennedy – Massachusetts, $65 Million
In the mid-1990s, Caroline Kennedy, the sole survivor from the famed Kennedy clan, inherited her mother’s Martha’s Vineyard estate soon after her demise. Jacqueline Kennedy had bought the scenic 340-acre Red Gate Farm in 1978, and her daughter lived there with her family for years before putting it up for sale in 2019 for $65 million.
The main house was built on 6,456 square feet of land with five bedrooms, a two-story guest house, and a caretaker’s home that packs in many living quarters for everyone in the household. The outdoors takes breaths away – from the seagulls to the rolling dunes to the view of the crashing waves, it’s quite a sight to behold.
