Paul Hogan, the man from Crocodile Dundee, is in his eighties but still seems to be active. While the star owns many properties in LA and Venice, his best investment was probably a Malibu house in 2012.
After his two-decade-old marriage ended in 2013, Hogan decided to sell his residence for many years and got nearly double his $3.8 million buying price. The next owner of the estate, Chris Hemsworth, once again sold it and managed to get almost $9 million this time. Talk about fast-moving pieces in upscale areas of LA!
