Jack Nicholson – Mulholland Drive – $6.5 Million
When you have had a career spanning over six decades and over $400 million to show for it, then it isn’t surprising that you’d dwell in the most magnificent places. Jack Nicholson has been a resident of Mulholland since 1969 when he purchased his first property.
However, over the years, he has grown to own four homes in the area, recently acquiring the late actor Marlon Brando’s home. Jack decided the 40,000 square feet of land needs some revamping, so he planned to get rid of the house and plant frangipani flowers. Quite an extravagant expenditure this must’ve been!
