The property has a 40-foot gallery, ebony wooden floor, exposed brick walls, floor-to-ceiling French doors, and has 13 windows and eight closets in the master bedroom. Ryan listed the apartment in 2017 for $10.9 million and eventually sold it later in the year at a discount for $9.85 million.
