These Celebs Lost Their Guts and Gained Abs You Can’t Stop Staring At

Adam Richman – 70 lbs – Clean Eating and Intense Training

He may have made his name devouring burgers the size of bathtubs on “Man v. Food,” but Adam Richman’s real battle came after the cameras stopped rolling. In 2012, he lost 70 pounds by ditching processed foods, cutting out dairy, and embracing high-intensity workouts. The shift was drastic. Gone were the greasy food marathons, and in their place, clean meals and football drills.

Soon, Adam re-emerged looking like a totally different guy. It wasn’t just about maintaining a refined image, though. In 2021, he appeared in the revival of “Modern Marvels.” He’s still passionate about food, but now he has a sharper edge and far fewer cheat days.
