Williams listed his 13,189-square-foot Buffalo home in 2017 and the former Buffalo Bills defensive hadn’t lived in the address since 2016. He had listed the 13,200-square-foot estate for $3 million but it ended up closing at $2.5 million. Some of the highlights of the five-acre estate include an in-ground guest house, a foyer with a spiral staircase, five gas fireplaces, a two-story library, and radiant heated floors that could possibly rake up a high heating repair cost. Williams currently lives in a 9,389-square-foot home in Orchard Park, New York that he bought in 2012 for $2 million.
