LaDainian Tomlinson –California Estate, $3.5 Million
Even though LaDainian Tomlinson sold this stunning 9,600-square-foot of heaven a few years back with a $5K-loss, we simply had to include it on our list. The retired running back purchased the property way in 2004 for some $3.5 million, just months after signing a record-breaking contract with the Los Angeles Chargers. In addition to five bedrooms and five bathrooms, the sprawling mansion features a large solar-heated swimming pool, a basketball court, guest home, and a hidden home theater. There is also a huge fish tank, game room, and everything else one family would ever need from a house. The only downside is, of course, the sky-high home insurance policy that comes along with such an estate, but we’ll leave it to the new owners to worry about it.
