Soon after he concluded his contract with the Baltimore Ravens, Elvis Dumervil dropped $2.3 million for a Florida home in 2013. However, this investment turned to be a bad one as the NFL defensive end sold the Mediterranean-style property the very next year for $150K less. The new owners now get to enjoy living in the 7,900 square feet of luxury that comes complete with seven bedrooms and as many bathrooms, plus, a game room, home theater, gorgeous swimming pool with a spa, nursery, and so much more. Well, we wouldn’t be surprised if Dumervil regrets letting go of this dream home eventually. We definitely would.
