John Kerry – Chilmark, $11.5 Million
People have different tastes when it comes to housing. While some people prefer to live in the heart of a busy city with an active lifestyle, some like to keep it calm and serene somewhere away from the hustle and bustle of crowded cities. Talking about a quiet lifestyle, such is the choice of former United States secretary John Kerry.
Kerry paid a total of $11.5 million for his property in Chilmark, and we can’t complain because it is beautiful. In return, he got 18.5 acres of land in the Martha’s Vineyard. On the ground stands tall a house facing the seashore. The house was built back in 1924 and features seven bedrooms.
