Greg Norman just happens to be next-door neighbors with fellow golfer Tiger Woods. Norman owns a $65-million mansion in Jupiter Island where Woods also owns a $60-million mansion. He had bought the estate back in 1991 for reportedly $4.8 million and the seven separate buildings that make up the estate were built in 1902. Norman’s 30,000-square-foot spread, aptly dubbed ‘Tranquility,’ featured a Gourmet chef’s kitchen, a ten-vehicle garage, and a self-contained guesthouse. Besides his astonishing $400-million fortune, Norman bulldozed the grand estate in 2018 after listing it in 2016 for $55 million and it failed to move. Norman plans to build a new home on the lot by end of 2019.
