Jon Snow and Ygritte are two popular characters from “Game of Thrones,” the record-breaking HBO fantasy drama, played by Kit Harington and Rose Leslie, respectively. Though that was not the first time they crossed paths, the two became enamored of each other in 2011 while portraying the star-crossed lovers on the show.
The co-stars reportedly began their romance while filming in Iceland, and it wasn’t long before word got out. Showrunners discontinued the on-screen relationship as per the demands of the plot and storyline. But the couple happily continued their romance off-screen. By 2018, they’d officially become a happily married duo.
