‘Brangelina,’ as their fans lovingly called them, ran into each other in 2003 while filming “Mr. & Mrs. Smith,” the 2005 action comedy. Aside from being a runaway hit, the film became all the more famous for the personal relationship that bloomed between Jolie and Pitt. It wasn’t at first sight; they just made a great team.
In Jolie’s words, the film had them doing a lot of crazy stunts together that led to a strange friendship and, later, a partnership. Their chemistry evolved slowly during the filming. According to several sources from the set, the attraction between these two megastars was palpable by the time shooting wrapped.
