But in this picture, she stepped out of line and almost wasn’t standing up. According to reports, she was on a date with her husband, Eric Johnson, and was trying to sidestep a paparazzi photographer. She stepped off a curb instead, but luckily Eric was there to catch her, although the face she pulled had him laughing hysterically. In 2020 Simpson released a bestselling memoir titled Open Book.
