Tom Hanks – Vintage Typewriter Collection

You may consider many things as collectibles, but typewriters are probably the last thing on your mind. That’s one thing you don’t have in common with Tom Hanks! At the age of 19, the accomplished actor began collecting typewriters and has collected over 100 over the years.

It’s all about the machine sound for Hanks. He also believes that each one has its own personality. In 2017, he published Uncommon Type, a collection of short stories inspired by his passion for typewriters. Letters typed on a typewriter, according to Hanks, are likewise works of art. Ben Stiller – Tennis

Funnyman Ben Stiller is well-loved because of his humorous roles in movies. Overall, we can say he is multitalented, especially in the arts. Stiller takes it a little further as he also enjoys a good game of tennis. He has played with some of the greats, such as Rafael Nadal.

Being a fan of any sport doesn’t make you good at it, which was the case of Stiller when asked to play with the tennis pro. It was a bit of an embarrassing situation, but we’re sure he’ll live through it. Stiller produced episodes of the series “High Desert” in 2021.

Rod Stewart – Railroad Building

It has never been difficult for Rod Stewart to achieve legendary status. It’s no surprise that his pastime is on par with his musical career. His fascination with model railways began as a boy, and since then, he has built impressive railway models.

He finally presented the railway he had been working on for 26 years in 2021. The rock singer’s layout is modeled on an American city in the 1940s and spans 1,500 square feet. It includes five-foot skyscrapers, vintage locomotives, a river, a ship, and a power station. His Beverly Hills mansion’s third floor is nearly entirely taken up by it.

Henry Cavill – Computer Building/Gaming

We all love the hot and handsome-looking Henry Cavill. Films such as “Superman” and the series “The Witcher” released in 2019 have cemented his good looks forever in our minds. The Phenomenal actor began his career in 2001, and we are thankful he was cast as one of our favorite characters.

The “Superman” actor has quite a different side to him. In his spare time, he likes to play the video game “Warhammer 40,000” and is quoted as saying he is obsessed with the game. He’s also a fan of the video game “World of Warcraft.” Who knew the stunning actor was such a nerd?

David Letterman – Racing

The late-night host David Letterman is a well-known producer, comedian, TV host, and writer. He has been a talk show host for the past 33 three years, with his first debut show being the “Late Night With David Letterman” in 1982 on NBC. Letterman has a television production company called Worldwide Pants that produced his show.

The popular TV host is known to have a love for cars. He reportedly has an impressive collection of wheels from popular manufacturers like Porsche. This love for autos saw him facilitating his hobby by co-owning  Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing. He was in “Between Two Ferns: The Movie” in 2019.

Gordon Ramsay – Football

The Scottish-born critically acclaimed chef Gordon Ramsay is known for his blunt personality and tasty cuisine. He is very well-known for his show “Hell’s Kitchen,” which puts young chefs through the test. The series was renewed for two additional seasons in 2022. 

When he is not in the kitchen, he is out playing one sport or the other. Ramsay has a keen passion for sports, and some of his hobbies include swimming, running, and biking. To top it off, he was once into football as well but has to put that to an end after suffering an injury while playing.

Always cheerful and full of laughs, Drew Cary has brought smiles to thousands of faces through his shows. He is a comedian, an actor, a TV host, singer, and pseudo photographer. He is popular because of the show “The Price Is Right” that airs on CBS. He also appeared in “The Masked Singer” in 2020. 

When Carey isn’t making people laugh, he is probably playing scrabble. He is known to be a guru at playing scrabble. Playing this indoor sport is one of his hobbies. He is also a soccer fanatic and is reported to co-own the soccer team Seattle Sounder FC.

Charlie Sheen – Baseball

You probably know him from the hit sitcom “Two And A Half Men” on CBS that aired from 2003 to 2011. Charlie Sheen has been featured in numerous other shows and movies, and in 2010 he was reported to be the highest-paid actor. 

Sheen has taken a break from acting and doesn’t appear as much as he used to on shows or movies, although he did appear in the movie “Grizzly II: Revenge” in 2020. In his spare time, he goes deep-sea fishing, as it is listed as one of his hobbies. His other hobby is playing baseball, and he’s quite fair at it.

Patrick Dempsey – Motorsport Racing

Patrick Dempsey is the kind of man many ladies dream of. He is a talented actor, good-looking, and has a great sense of style. Dempsey gained massive popularity after appearing in the medical drama “Grey’s Anatomy” in the role of Dr. Derick Shepherd. He has also appeared in a few other movies, such as “Maid of Honour.” 

Other than acting, he also takes to one of his hobbies, race car driving. He has competed on some professional level in races like Tecate SCORE Baja 1000 off-road race. He goes further to show his love for fast wheels as he has a vintage and sports auto collection.

Jon Stewart – Crossword Puzzle

Famous pundit and TV personality Jon Stewart has brought many people close to tears from laughter. He is a comedian, actor, TV host, and author. Stewart probably had some inclination that he would be on TV someday as he made his first appearance at the age of nine years old.

He is well known for the show called “The Daily Show” on Comedy Central that aired from 1999 to 2015. Stewart is also an avid player of crossword puzzles. It was through this hobby he proposed to his wife, Tracy McShane. In 2021, he was made the host of “The Problem With Jon Stewart.”

Carrie Underwood – Softball

The beautiful American Idol winner, Carrie Underwood, is truly an idol. The talented singer and songwriter won the fourth session in 2005 that launched her to stardom. Believe it or not, she earned college credits from the show. Underwood has a few other talents and hobbies, and one of them is softball.

Yes, the music star does okay softball when she’s not singing or on a music tour. She and her husband also have another hobby which is beekeeping. The couple has added bees to the collection of things found on their farm while raising their two children. Underwood appeared in “Cobra Kai” in 2021.

Heidi Klum – Skiing

The 5 feet 9 inches tall, gorgeous model is best known for walking on top runways and big brands such as Victoria’s Secrets. The German vogue figure has also featured on TV shows, appearing on shows like “America’s Got Talent.” She’s also well-known for her appearance in movies—she was in a short film titled “Heidi Does Halloween” in 2020.

Klum is also considered an artist by some as painting is one of her hobbies. She has showcased some of her or her work on social media and is quite good at it. During the winter, Klum likes to engage in another hobby, skiing.

Gwyneth Paltrow – Yoga

Another actress we love to have on our screens is Gwyneth Paltrow. The stunning beauty has had an illustrious acting career, appearing in reverse movies such as “Iron Man 3” and “The Avengers.” She starred in “The Politician” from 2019 to 2020.

It’s no surprise that Paltrow went into acting as her father was a producer and director. Some of Gwyneth Paltrow’s favorite things to do when she’s not acting include yoga and learning new languages. We are not sure how many languages she can speak yet, but that is an interesting hobby.

Daniel Radcliffe – Indoor Mountain Climbing

Daniel Radcliffe started his acting career early with the Harry Potter role. It probably wasn’t easy committing ten years of his life and career to that particular role. Radcliffe ventured into theater along with film and has appeared in a few productions. He was cast in “The Lost City” in 2022.

Radcliffe decided to pick up a few hobbies during his career. Among the things to do in his free time is play the best guitar, do indoor mountain climbing, and write poetry. The actor published some of his short poetry under an alias until it was made public.

Nicole Kidman – Horse Riding

Elegant and graceful is what we can describe the Australian-American actress as. Her poise and beauty are a few of the many reasons we love her. She made her acting debut at the age of 16 years old and has been cast in many films such as “Australia.” Her undeniable talent has gotten her many accolades, including a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2003.

Kidman likes adventure and has a few exciting hobbies, including horse riding and shark diving. She also collects coins when she’s not tending to her horses. Kidman was cast in “Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom” in 2022.

Jon Bon Jovi – Car Driving

Singer, songwriter, actor, and record producer Jon Bon Jovi has been in the spotlight for as long as we can remember. He debuted when he dropped his first single in 1980 recorded in his cousin’s basement. The band Bon Jovi was formed soon after the success of his first single.

Jon Bon Jovi is a man of many talents, including acting, and he has appeared in numerous films such as “Sex and The City.” When he’s not doing any of these, he enjoys driving cars as one of his hobbies. In 2020 the rock band released its 15th studio album titled “2020.”

Donald Trump – Golf

Love him or hate him, Donald Trump is out there living his best life. The businessman who became the President of the United States in 2016 is one controversial figure. He was named the chairman and president of the Trump organization in 1971, remaining at the helm of affairs of the company.

Donald Trump loves to do things some might say are complicating his business establishment. Contrary to what many people think, his hobby doesn’t include getting a tan. He is known to be an avid golfer and an extreme fan of the sport. In 2021 he set up another company called the Trump Media & Technology Group.

Leonardo DiCaprio – Collecting Action Figures

Considered one of America’s greatest actors of his generation, Leonardo DiCaprio is the dreamy star we all love. His fame came when he played Jack in the epic movie “Titanic” in 1997. Since then, he has been featured in many other movies, such as the “Wolf of Wall Street” and “Revenant.”

We guess DiCaprio is a cool person because of his hobby. In his free time, he likes to collect action figures. It has even been reported that Star Wars is his favorite. He is also a producer and, in 2021, produced the movie “Theodore Roosevelt.”

Kimi Raikkonen – Racing

Finnish Formula One racer Kimi-Matias Räikkönen is celebrated as one of the fastest drivers of his generation. Räikkönen won the 2007 Formula One World Drivers championship. He is said to be one of the few drivers to have taken over 100 podiums, as the finish driver has had an extensive career competing in races since 2001.

What is most intriguing is when he said racing was more of a hobby when asked during an interview in 2021. He has also been doing well post-retirement, as, in 2022, he was named the team principal of the Kawasaki Racing Team for the 2022 season of the Motocross World Championship.

Simon Cowell – Jetski

They say Simon Cowell has an eye for talent. It’ll be hard to argue against that as he has served as a judge on various talent shows like “American Idol” and “The X Factor.” He became famous for his witty and sarcastic remarks on these shows.

The English television personality is also an entrepreneur—he is the founder of the vision and music production house “Syco.” Aside from making stars by judging talent shows, Simon has quite an impressive list of hobbies. One such hobby is jet skiing. In 2022, he was the producer of the show “America’s Got Talent: Extreme.

Michael Jordan – Golf

Another fan favorite is the basketball legend and champion Michael Jordan. He was drafted into the NBA in 1984 as the third overall pick for the Chicago Bulls. Jordan had quite a successful career and five MVP awards, among many others during his active years. He officially retired from basketball in 2003 and decided to pursue other ventures.

Jordan was known to be quite a competitive person during his time in the NBA. He’s still very much as competitive, but this time channels all his competitive spirit towards his favorite hobby, golf. In 2022, he appeared in an “Untitled NBA 75 Project.”

Vin Diesel – Dungeons and Dragons

The Hollywood actor, director, producer, and screenwriter Vin Diesel has had a great career. He has been in multiple films since he started his career, with the “Fast and Furious” collection, where he played the iconic role of Dominic Toretto. He also featured in the 2021  blockbuster “Fast and Furious 9.”

You would think he was only into cars. Diesel has been a die-hard fan of dungeons and dragons; he isn’t just a fan of the game; he is a nerd at it and has coached many others.

The beautiful Kendall Jenner, a model, and media personality, always had a thing for the ice. A one-time “highest-paid model” of Forbes, with an estimated annual income of about four million dollars, she’s been walking the runway since she was 13 when she made her debut and breakthrough with “Wilhelmina Models” in 2009. Jenner also appeared in the series “Dave” in 2021.

Hitting the red carpet fearlessly isn’t the only thing the beautifully talented Jenner is good at. Aside from rocking the stage with the Kardashians, the model takes her snowboarding pretty seriously.

Blake Shelton – Fishing

Blessed with an eye for country hits, Blake Shelton, the American singer and TV personality, rocks fishing like no one else. The millionaire singer, with a franchise of restaurants and entertainment complexes and over one hundred different awards in his singing career, sure picked an adventurous hobby.

When not on set, he sure is on a fishing trip. In one of his visits to his hometown and fishing expedition, he caught a 40-pound Paddlefish, setting a lake record for Hudson Lake in northeastern Oklahoma. Shelton released his album “Body Language” in 2021.

Adam Levine – Yoga

Adam Levine, a Grammy-winning musician and the lead vocalist of the American pop band Maroon 5, has his heart on yoga when he is not on the mic. If there was a yoga founder, we are pretty sure Levine would be his son. The American singer is very sentimental about his hobby.

Like he told the Women’s Health magazine in 2008, he was skeptical at first but just could not let go when he was in. His love for yoga hasn’t hampered his profession as he featured on two songs, “Trust Nobody” with Lil Wayne and “Same Guy” by Jack Harlow, in 2020.

Jim Carrey – Painting

Majorly known for his expressive artwork in the Hollywood film industry and amazing gigs in comedy, Jim Carrey is quite the painter. There would be no doubt that his art is from within.

Aside from his talent in making us laugh, the American actor and comedian has been hitting the canvas right from when he was a kid. With several of his drawings and paintings in famous art galleries in New York and several exhibitions of his own, he is sure to take his hobby to another level and maybe his writing career as well. When they say, “In America, you can be anything,” Timberlake sure must have been in the gist of it. The American actor, singer-songwriter, and record producer is quite the deal on the golf course. Although a hobby for him, he sure has the swing coordination of a pro.

Amongst others, he is one of the very few celebrities that have been vested enough to have hosted a PGA Tour. It could be years of practice, but you would think he was born on the course for someone with an established career in multiple sectors. Timberlake is also an established actor, and he was cast in the movie “Reptile” in 2022.

Jason Momoa – Ax Throwing

So, he is not only good at keeping our faces fixed on the screen, but he is also quite good at using his muscles. Since he was nineteen, Jason Momoa, everyone’s favorite Aquaman in the Justice League franchise, has been on our screens.

You would think he was only made for the stage, but Momoa is quite the rock climber when he’s not on stage. He’s also quite the expert at ax throwing. Fans were delighted to learn that he had been cast in yet another Aquaman movie titled “Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom” in 2022.

The famous Irish Hollywood actor, William Neeson, known for his ability to conquer the hearts of fans, turned out to be a lot more fun off-stage. Having featured in over 95 films amongst series and other honors, one of them being the 2021 movie “Honest Thief,” he sure set his career on the pedestal.

Neeson has shown that there was more to him than work. The dashing Irish actor turned out to be quite the “Fly Fishing” activist. He also participated in over 5 of the American “Fly Fishing the World” programs, with one in New Zealand lasting about ten days.
