However, he now keeps a meal journal for his Mediterranean-style curated meals and also developed an exercise routine involving 10,000 to 12,000 steps daily. He currently stars in the TV series “The Righteous Gemstones,” which began season 2 in January 2022.

The stunning actress Queen Latifah is one who is accustomed to the spotlight, and when it comes to her weight, she’s not afraid to speak boldly about it. She has expressed her experience with body shaming and being asked to lose weight for onscreen roles, but she is comfortable in her body and isn’t one who will be pushed around.

That said, she understands the dangers of being overweight or obese, and she employed the services of a fitness trainer to guide her through eating healthily and doing yoga. She flaunts her 20-pound slimmer body in the 2021 TV series “The Equalizer.”
