The running back of the Arizona Cardinals, Adrian Peterson used to live in a “modest” $650K-Minnesota home until 2013, when he dropped over $5 million for this breathtaking Texas property. In addition to 10,582 square feet of living space, six bedrooms, and even ten bathrooms, the residence includes all sorts of amenities – from a wine cellar, library, and a nanny’s quarters to a gym, game, and media room. There is also a swimming pool that wouldn’t be quite complete without a cabana and a spa. However, Peterson no longer enjoys living in this home, as he sold it for a staggering $6.7 million in 2017. Well, it looks like the NFL star knows a thing or two about flipping, and he can easily find a career in real estate business if he ever wants to.
