Mike Singletary-California, $3.295 Million
Former NFL professional Mike Singletary is also a 1998 Pro Football Hall of Famer. After retiring, he became a linebacker coach and worked with the Baltimore Ravens and San Francisco 49ers. The 49ers eventually promoted him in 2008 to the head coach position which he held until 2010. He’s currently the Memphis Express’ head coach. With such a successful career, it’s easy to see why Singletary didn’t have to dent his finances on a luxury Saratoga mansion. He listed the luxury house for sale in California for $3.295 million in 2011, which was a $703K drop from the initial asking price. In 2002, the six-bedroom house underwent a complete renovation worth $750K.
